ZenFrost was born from lived experience. After years of training hard and hitting walls in recovery, Jason discovered the gap between pushing your limits and sustaining them wasn't more effort — it was better tools.
He built ZenFrost to bring infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, and compression recovery under one roof in Stafford — not as an add-on to another gym, but as a dedicated space built entirely around how you recover.
