Services & Recovery Experience
Contrast therapy is the practice of alternating between heat and cold. At ZenFrost, that typically means moving between the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and rest periods. This method is commonly used to support circulation, muscle recovery, mental resilience, and relaxation.
For beginners, we recommend starting slow:
- 10–15 minutes infrared sauna
- 1–3 minutes cold plunge
- Rest and breathe
- Repeat 2–3 rounds if comfortable
You are always in control of your session. The goal is not to "tough it out" — it's to listen to your body, breathe, and gradually build tolerance.
A standard ZenFrost session is 60 minutes.
ZenFrost is designed as an open-concept social recovery space. You can come alone, with a friend, as a couple, or with a small group.
Yes. Depending on your booking and membership, you may combine cold plunge, infrared sauna, compression therapy, and red light therapy during your visit.
Cold Plunge
Cold plunge therapy involves immersing your body in cold water for a short period of time. It is commonly used by athletes and wellness enthusiasts to support recovery, reduce soreness, improve circulation, and build mental resilience.
Temperatures may vary depending on the setup and session type, but the cold plunge is intentionally cold enough to create a controlled physical challenge. For beginners, the focus should be on safe exposure, steady breathing, and short durations.
Most beginners start with 30 seconds to 2 minutes. More experienced guests may work up to 2–3 minutes, depending on comfort and tolerance. Longer is not always better — step out if you feel numb, dizzy, overly uncomfortable, or unable to control your breathing.
Cold water immersion is commonly used to help with post-workout soreness, inflammation, and recovery. Many guests use it after training, sports, long workdays, or high-stress periods.
Yes. Beginners are welcome. Our team can help guide you through breathing, timing, and pacing so the experience feels safe and controlled.
Most people use cold plunge after a workout to support recovery. If your goal is muscle growth or strength training, you may want to avoid long cold plunges immediately after heavy lifting, as cold immersion may affect certain muscle-building adaptations.
Many people start with 1–3 times per week. Advanced users may cold plunge more often, but consistency and safety matter more than intensity.
That is completely normal. Even 30 seconds can be a strong start. The goal is to build tolerance over time, not force your body past its limit.
We strongly recommend rinsing off before entering the cold plunge to help keep the water clean and the experience enjoyable for everyone.
Infrared Sauna
An infrared sauna uses infrared heat to warm the body directly rather than simply heating the air around you. Many guests use infrared sauna sessions for relaxation, sweating, recovery, and stress relief.
Traditional saunas heat the surrounding air to create a hot environment. Infrared saunas use infrared light to heat the body more directly, often at a lower air temperature than traditional saunas, which many people find more comfortable.
Most guests stay in the sauna for 10–20 minutes per round, depending on heat tolerance and comfort. Beginners should start lower and take breaks as needed.
Many people can use sauna frequently, but daily use depends on hydration, tolerance, health condition, and overall recovery needs. Start slowly and listen to your body.
Sauna use is commonly associated with relaxation, stress reduction, improved circulation, and soothing sore muscles. It may also help reduce stress, support heart health, relieve pain, and soothe muscles.
Yes, we recommend rinsing off after sweating — especially before entering the cold plunge or leaving the studio.
Compression Therapy
Compression therapy uses air-powered compression boots or sleeves to apply controlled pressure to the legs or body. It is commonly used to support circulation, reduce heaviness, and help muscles feel refreshed after activity.
Compression therapy is popular with athletes, runners, lifters, busy professionals, and anyone who spends long hours standing, walking, or training.
Sessions commonly range from 15–30 minutes, depending on your booking and recovery needs.
Yes. Compression therapy is especially popular after leg workouts, running, cycling, sports, or long days on your feet.
No. It should feel firm, rhythmic, and relieving — not painful. If the pressure feels too strong, let our team know so it can be adjusted.
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to support skin, recovery, and cellular energy. Many guests use it as part of a wellness routine for recovery, skin support, and inflammation management.
Red light therapy is commonly used for skin appearance, inflammation, recovery, and general wellness support. It may help stimulate collagen and reduce inflammation, and does not use UV light like tanning beds.
Most sessions range from 10–20 minutes, depending on the treatment area and equipment.
Eye protection may be recommended depending on the device, brightness, and exposure area. Avoid staring directly into the lights. Our team will guide you on proper use.
Many people use red light therapy 2–4 times per week for consistency. Results vary depending on the person, goal, and routine.
Yes. Red light therapy pairs well with sauna, cold plunge, and compression therapy as part of a complete recovery session.
